What areas do you service?We currently operate in the Greater Houston, Texas, USA and Greater Toronto, Ontario, CA. Stay tuned as we continue expanding!

Do I need to be home during service?Nope! We send a 30-minute notification before arrival and provide a photo of your secured gate upon departure.

Do you sanitize and deodorize the yard?Yes! Sanitation & deodorization is included in our Premium & Elite Plans. Our pet-safe, eco-friendly solution kills bacteria and eliminates odors.

Can I get service more than once a week?Yes! Our standard plan includes one visit per week, but you can add additional visits for $15.99 per extra visit (up to 5 times per week).

Do you service commercial properties or apartment complexes?Yes! We offer customized plans for apartment complexes, dog parks, and commercial properties. Contact us at info@kakaninjas.com for a custom quote!

What if my dog is in the yard?We love dogs! However, for safety reasons, we ask that you secure your dog inside during service. If they must stay outside, please let us know in advance.

How do I book a service?Booking is easy! Simply download "The Luxe: Canine Club" app, click the “No More Poop” button, and schedule your service in seconds.

What is Kaka Ninjas?Kaka Ninjas is a professional dog waste removal service that ensures your yard stays clean, fresh, and safe for your family and pets. We pick up, sanitize (Premium & Elite Plans), and deodorize (Premium & Elite Plans) so you don’t have to!

What happens if there’s bad weather?We operate rain or shine! However, in extreme conditions (heavy snow, lightning, severe storms), we may reschedule for safety reasons. You’ll receive a notification if your service is affected.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
